Die Kutsche<\/h2>\n

Wortherkunft<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=“Full Width Line“ line_thickness=“1″ divider_color=“extra-color-3″ custom_height=“20″][vc_column_text]Das Wort Coach<\/em><\/strong> stammt etymologisch<\/a> und phonetisch<\/a>\u00a0aus dem Ungarischen und bedeutet „Kutsche“.<\/p>\n

Die Geschichte<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Ein kleines ungarisches Dorf namens Kocs<\/a>\u00a0[\u02c8kot\u0283] –\u00a0ausgesprochen\u00a0in etwa Kotsch –\u00a0<\/em>war ab dem 15. Jh. in Europa weitl\u00e4ufig ber\u00fchmt f\u00fcr die Herstellung von erstklassigen gefederten Kutschwagen.\u00a0Ein Schmied aus dem Dorf hatte die Idee, eine elastische Aufh\u00e4ngung des Wagenkastens zu entwickeln\u00a0(so, wie es die R\u00f6mer bereits im 2. Jh. taten).<\/p>\n

Der Legende nach soll der Schmied „Peter Szekely Habermayer“ aus Kocs dem damaligen K\u00f6nig von Ungarn (und Kroatien) Matthias Corvinus (geboren als „M\u00e1ty\u00e1s kir\u00e1ly“) die Verwendung dieser Wagen empfohlen haben.<\/p>\n

Im Laufe der Zeit wurden auch die Aufbauten versch\u00f6nert und bequemer gestaltet.<\/p>\n

Da man auch g\u00fcnstig auf einer wichtigen Postkutschenroute lag – insbesondere in Zeiten der t\u00fcrkischen Belagerungen, war die Versorgung und Lieferung dieser speziell gefederten Kutschwagen ein Gl\u00fccksfall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Wegen dieser Ber\u00fchmtheit\u00a0wurde der Begriff „Kutsche<\/strong>“ aus dem ungarischen „kocsi“ abgeleitet, was \u201eaus Kocs\u201c bedeutet „kocsi szek\u00e9r“ = „Wagen aus Kocs“.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ab\u00a0dem 16. Jh.\u00a0wurde der Begriff in die wichtigsten europ\u00e4ischen Sprachen \u00fcbernommen: englisch „coach<\/strong>“ (1556), deutsch „Kutsche<\/strong>„, franz\u00f6sisch „coche<\/strong>„, italienisch „cocchio<\/strong>„, spanisch „coche<\/strong>„.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Der englische Begriff „Coach“ (f\u00fcr „komfortable Wagen“ als Bef\u00f6rderer\/F\u00f6rderer) wurde um 1848 entlehnt, um (urspr\u00fcnglich scherzhaft) private Tutoren f\u00fcr Studenten zu bezeichnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Um 1885\u00a0wurde der Begriff dann erstmals f\u00fcr Trainer im Sport verwendet, anfangs nur in England und den USA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Um 1980 wurden die Begriffe Coach<\/em> und Coaching<\/em> dann ins Management \u00fcbertragen, um den dortigen Ausbildungs- bzw. Trainingsmethoden eine neue Bedeutung zu geben. Die Intention war, den Aspekt des empatischen „Sparrings“ und der „Wegbegleitung“ (Wegf\u00fchrung, Wegbereitung) zu verdeutlichen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Da der Begriff \u00fcber das Englische ins Deutsche \u00fcbergeleitet ist, hat er sein urspr\u00fcngliches\u00a0weibliches Geschlecht (Femininum) verloren: So m\u00fcsste es, in Anlehnung an das feminine deutsche Wort „die Kutsche“, heute korrekt „die Coach<\/strong>„, statt „der Coach<\/strong>“ hei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Im hergeleiteten bzw.\u00a0\u00fcbertragenen Sinne bedeutet Coach:\u00a0„Etwas (jemand), das (der) jemanden\u00a0schneller<\/em>,\u00a0bequemer<\/em>\u00a0und\u00a0sicherer<\/em>\u00a0zum gew\u00fcnschten Ziel bringt (f\u00fchrt)“.Coaching<\/a>\u00a0ist demnach jede Methodik, die dazu f\u00fchrt, Probleme zu l\u00f6sen (wegfahren) oder Ziele zu erreichen (hinfahren).\u00a0Nicht der Coach (die Kutsche oder der Kutscher) gibt dabei das Ziel vor, sondern der Klient (Fahrgast).
